Vi's Hair Design, located in Fort Worth, TX near the TCU (Texas Christian University) campus, provides a variety of hair services including shampoo, cut, style, color, highlights, feather hair extensions, facial waxing, coloring of lash & brows, body waves, up do's and hair straightening, to clients in Fort Worth, Arlington, and other Forth Worth suburbs.

I'm Tara Wiggins and I own Vi's Hair Design. I've been a hairstylist since 1996 and I've been a salon owner since 2008. I attended the Aladdin Beauty College in Wichita Falls, TX. I'm a certified Keune educator and I love educating my clients about their hair.

Vi’s Hair Design is inspired by my grandmother Vida (V-i-da). She was a hairdresser and owned her own salon in 1970s. Vi’s Beauty Shop was located in Buffalo, Oklahoma inside my grandmother's 3 bedroom house. Vi’s Beauty Shop ran successfully from about 1973 until the 80s. Vida had a passion for what she did and passed the passion down to me. I am honored to be able to have a salon in my grandmother’s name.

We Have Feather Hair Extensions

We also offer feather hair extensions, which is one of the hottest hair trends. These are an easy way to add a pop of color to your hair. They are temporary and take only a few minutes to put in. We have a wide variety of colors and types of feathers. You can wash, style, blow dry, and curl your hair as usual. They can withstand heat up to 400 degrees.
